Priced with the debris it makes. A shed or a small deck is usually a half truck at $369; a large deck or a long fence line runs to a full truck at $739. Full price list.
Questions
Do I need a permit?
Not for the work we do. Clark County and Portland require a permit for structural demolition, which is exactly the work we decline. If a permit is needed, the job needs a licensed demolition contractor instead of us.
Do you fill the post holes?
We pull the posts and break the concrete footings out where we can, then backfill the holes with the dirt that came out. We do not bring fill or resurface.
