Questions
Does someone have to be there?
No. Give us the gate code and the unit number in the notes and we send photos of the emptied unit with the invoice.
Can you bill the management company?
Yes. Put the company name in the notes when you book and the invoice goes to the email you give us, not to the tenant.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes, emailed the same day you book.
