Do you take storage unit contents?

Yes. Give us the unit number and gate code when booking; we can meet you or go alone.

Can you sweep afterwards?

Always. Sweep-up is included.

The price holds: Confirmed on site before we load, and never above the top of the range you were shown unless you add items.
The window holds: We arrive inside the 2-hour window you picked. We call when we are 30 minutes out.
Free to cancel: Cancel or reschedule at no charge up to 24 hours before your window. After we are en route it is the $99 minimum.
If we damage something: Send photos within 48 hours and we make it right. Full terms.
